About Your New Job As a Civil Engineer, you will: Set out works in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and site surveys, ensuring all tolerances are met. Review construction outputs and plan the most efficient sequence of operations while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Liaise with project planners and input into Inspection and Test Plans to maintain project timelines and standards. What Skills You Need A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in civil/structural engineering within a project-based organization. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT/BIM experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive reports and engage with various stakeholders.
