MERN STACK Developer

**Job Description:**We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.**Responsibilities:**- Develop new user-facing features using React.js

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders**Skills and Qualifications:**- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack)

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

- Experience with both NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, and relational databases like PostgreSQL

- Proficiency in working with Node.js and Express.js

- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment**Education and Experience:**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
