Duty Manager x 3 wanted We are a well-etablished pizza store based in Mt Albert, Auckland. We are looking for three permanent full-time (30 hours per week) duty managers in Auckland will be contributing to the company's overall success by increasing sales and profits, providing leadership and team growth, and leading the customer-centric service by offering an amazing customer experience. The main objective of this role is to: Supervise efficient working of FOH and BOH teams and assign shifts. Oversee staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements. Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products. Maintain inventory of all needed supplies to enhance sales. Supervise workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations Assist in hiring and training new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively Coordinate with team to ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase work efficiency Resolve staff grievances together with Store Manager/Working Shareholder. Coordinate with Store Manager/Working Shareholder for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records Our ideal applicant will need to have either: ·     A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification or above ; or ·     1 year relevant experience Bonuses are if the ideal applicant can: ·     Illustrate coaching abilities in order to develop and mentor future leaders ·     Ability to resolve conflicts and problems ·     Enthusiastic about continuous improvement ·     Has exceptional communication abilities ·     Strong decision-making ability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment ·     Highly committed about the health and safety of the team and customers ·     Excellent multitasking and time management skills. we are committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
