Resort Manager (Expat)

Our client is a very high end 5* Boutique Resort in South East Asia. Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

1. Experience in 5-star luxury resorts
2. Good foundation in internationally branded properties
3. Remote location experience preferred
4. Experience in similar role
5. Excellent English both spoken and written
6. Able to prioritize and assess guest complaints
7. Passion for people development and customer care
8. Good knowledge of high service standards
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills
10. Team player, team builder
11. Strong leadership skills – able to set the direction, motivate and lead the team
12. Highly organized and efficient
13. Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
14. Able to set example of positive values of integrity, maturity, accountability, reliability
15. Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service and personalized guest experience
16. Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
17. Outgoing pleasant personality
18. Proactive and result driven
19. Good leadership skills
20. High attention to detail
