If you're passionate about sales, enjoy mentoring others, and want to play a key role in shaping our success, this is the perfect opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesAchieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamTrain team of sales reps on best-selling strategies and follow-ups (scripts, rebuttals and conduct mock calls with team members)Conduct daily huddle meetings with all sales and operations staffTrack team performance and update staff on daily, weekly and monthly performance (Sales & Operations)Listen calls of team members and provide feedback for improvementDefine sales targets for all repsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize overall performanceMonitor team KPIs such as sales, answer rate, login time, adherence, connected calls and talk timeuse data-driven insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales strategy and operational tasksTrain, mentor, and support team members to facilitate their professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.RequirementsMinimum Graduation from a reputed instituteEffective communication, outstanding negotiation, and selling skillsProven track record of successfully meeting sales quotaMinimum 2 years of Experience of handling sales team in a leadership roleSound knowledge of call center terminologies and CRM softwares#J-18808-Ljbffr
