As a Senior Director, Media Strategy & Integration, you'll find yourself at the heart of our mission to revolutionize healthcare communication. You will lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies that resonate with both healthcare providers and patients, while also ensuring that our media initiatives are grounded in data-driven insights and innovative approaches. In this role, you'll be a key player, working closely with our media planning teams, research departments, and senior leadership to drive impactful media strategies across multiple channels. Your strategic vision will be vital in defining go-to-market strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of our media solutions. If you're ready to bring your strategic expertise, leadership skills, and innovative mindset to a team that values collaboration and excellence, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of media strategies for both healthcare providers (HCP) and patient segments, ensuring tailored and effective communication approaches.Manage the media pitch process from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams to create compelling, client-focused narratives and strategies.Oversee the execution of cross-channel media planning and optimization efforts, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives.Collaborate closely with media planning, research, and analytics teams to shape and refine media strategies that drive measurable results.Mentor and develop junior members of the media team, enhancing their skills in strategy, storytelling, and business acumen.Contribute to new business development efforts by leading strategic planning and participating in pitch presentations.Provide thought leadership on media strategy, staying abreast of industry trends and integrating emerging media technologies into our approach.Qualifications8-12 years of experience in media strategy, with a proven track record of success in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.Strong understanding of HCP and patient media strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and measurement.Experience leading the media pitch process and developing compelling, data-driven narratives.Expertise in cross-channel media planning, including digital, TV, social, and programmatic.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both internal teams and clients.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.Familiarity with the latest digital media technologies and a passion for leveraging them to drive healthcare communication forward.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.#LI-JP1 #LI-HybridKlick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
