Digital Designer

Your role As a Digital Designer, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital projects. This can be anything from responsive sites, pitch presentations, video content and email campaigns, to mobile and web apps.  It involves working closely with the product, UX and developer teams. The role could involve taking a simple, hand-drawn scamp or an interactive wireframe and turning into a digital campaign or website layout using Sketch, Photoshop and/or other Adobe creative suite software. Day-to-day Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Enhancement and maintenance of the company website and other client resources. Creation of short-form video content for the Bulbshare platform and other social media platforms. Requirements Proven UI experience: Demonstrate your UI design skills with a strong portfolio. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator and knowledge of other visual design and wire-framing tools. Proficiency in presentation tools, such as Keynote and PowerPoint. Prototyping skills and experience with prototyping software (Principle, Invision App, Origami, etc.). Motion and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.). Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Well organised, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time. Ability to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
