Daily Competitive Program DirectorLondon or ManchesterThe Program Director will work in the DCC Business Case Centre of Excellence (COE) which leads the development of Treasury Green Book business cases for DCC change activity. The Program Director is a critical role that engages internal teams across DCC, as well as the Department and our customers, to build alignment and support for our change strategy and procurement, and ultimately to enable the development and transition of DCC operational services.What will you be doing?• Responsibility to transition DCC to a fully internal resource model, using a combination of permanent staff and contractors. This rapid transition must be managed extremely carefully to ensure new resource is onboarded quickly and efficiently, upskilling and knowledge transfer is planned and completed effectively, and that risks to the quality and completion of in-flight business cases are mitigated to ensure delivery to plan.• Build, own, and drive delivery of, the recruitment and transition plan and all associated activities to manage transition risk• Coordination and drive for transition activities• Reporting of progress, status, risks and issue• Risks, issues and dependencies management, including escalation to ExCo as required.What are we looking for?· Experience in a Program Director or equivalent level role· Extensive transformation / transition experience at this levelAbout the DCC:At the DCC, we believe in making Britain more connected, so we can all lead smarter, greener lives.
