You will leverage your deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and competitor landscape to define, prioritize, and launch this growth-focused feature. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring your vision to life.This is a senior-level role requiring a proven track record of success in launching impactful product features. You will be a self-starter with the ability to oversee while also collaborating effectively with others. Main Duties and Responsibilities Conduct in-depth user research and market investigation to identify unmet user needs and emerging market trends. Analyze competitor offerings and identify potential gaps or weaknesses. Develop and present data-driven hypotheses about new features that could unlock significant growth potential. Prioritize the feature within the existing product roadmap and secure necessary resources.Spearhead the Feature Development:Partner with engineering and design teams to translate the feature vision into a clear and actionable plan. Manage the development process, ensuring the feature is delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute a successful launch campaign.Measure and Investigate Impact:Track and investigate the performance of the new feature using established KPIs. Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on the feature based on user feedback and data insights. Communicate the impact of the feature to stakeholders and measure its contribution to overall product growth. Skills and Experience Demonstrable experience in product management, with a focus on growth initiatives.Proven track record of identifying and launching successful product features that have driven significant growth.Deep understanding of user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.Strong reasoning skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in data.Experience of working with multiple stakeholders include Research, Technology, Customer Success to create alignmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Passionate about building user-centric products and understanding the market landscape.Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.Experience with the Insight product or similar data analytics platforms.Strong understanding of marketing and sales channels.
