Job details
We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Electrical Team Leader will lead a team of 8 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission
CTO: Configure To Order
Lead a team of 8 electrical designers, including line analysis and E-diagram
Ensure for all the design: Safety - Quality - Lead time - Cost
Operative role, participate in the critical projects review
RCA and problem-solving skills
Ensure training and development of the team
Sense of responsibility
Maintain team KPIs
Perform and lead the SIM

Familiar with BOM
Rigorous
Collaborative work with different departments (PM, Purchase, Workshop, FSE)
