Job details
Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close while achieving against quota.Manage a team of AE's/ BDRs and analyze monthly performance against KPIs, feeding into quarterly and yearly sales reviews and strategy.Attend trade shows and events, and travel nationally/internationally to meet with prospects and clients.Develop go-to-market strategies for key target markets in your region.Work cross-functionally with marketing and partnerships to raise brand awareness and identify new growth opportunities.Report and present performance metrics internally and to management on a regular cadence.Qualifications and SkillsConsistently meeting or exceeding sales quota.3+ years of managing the sales cycle from qualification to close.2+ years of managing a team of AE's/ BDRs consistently meeting KPIs.2+ years of retail experience - POS, OMS, E-Commerce, Payments, etc.
