Serving both domestic and commercial markets, the company has ambitious growth plans for both installations and associated services. Following recent investment and M&A activity, We Power Your Car is ready to accelerate its growth and seeks a commercially focused Finance Director to bring increased structure, control, and insight to the business. This high-impact role requires a Finance Director who can evolve financial control whilst partnering closely with the Owner, Directors, and wider team to drive scalable and profitable growth. The successful candidate will be a significant influence on commercial and strategic decision making at We Power Your Car. Your skills will help to unlock opportunities within the market and define the future direction of travel. You'll stay hands-on with the numbers whilst also leading and developing a small team. With a curious mindset and broad commercial acumen, you'll relish developing a culture of financial understanding, visibility, and accountability alongside acting as a sounding board for the Owner. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in both owner-managed environments and larger SMEs/corporates. You'll have a systems-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative, commercially focused approach.
