Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Learning & Development
Job details
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end learning process, being the BU Finance for SLC, developing and delivering selected Leadership Programmes (for people managers and one level below), and working on Learning and Development-related projects assigned from time to time. Job Responsibilities:
Training Needs and Learning Framework
- Work with BU and learning leaders to identify their respective learning needs and requirements.
- Source internal or external programs to fulfill the identified learning needs and requirements.
- Identify future training needs and create a self-learning culture for Sunwayians.
- Communicate with management, trainers, and team members to ensure that all needs are met.
Training Development and Delivery
- Research new training for future needs that can enhance Sunway’s learning while creating value for Sunwayians.
- Design and develop leadership development programs for lower to mid-level employees.
- Introduce new learning platforms for associates, e.g., e-learning platform, virtual platform, etc.
- Identify and develop in-house trainers/facilitators.
Finance and Administrative
- Act as BU Finance for Sunway Leadership Centre.
- Manage HRDF, training records, and training-related administration including HRDF application for grants and claim submissions.
- Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.
- Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Project and Others
- Work with BU Learning team to structure their functional learning for selected businesses.
- Create awareness and help Sunwayians learn and understand Sunway Leadership Competencies.
- Handle projects and other tasks assigned from time to time.
