Diesel Motor Mechanic

This role is crucial to keeping our business moving, and is responsible for: Supporting the maintenance manager to achieve the accountabilities and KPI’s. Completing jobs as assigned, including preventative maintenance of fixed plant andequipment. Ensuring all vehicles are serviced as per the manufacturer's recommendations. Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and organised at all times, ensuring that all tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs are put away at the end of the job. Being proactive and looking for ways to improve the workshop. Abiding by all Health and Safety Policies and procedures. Reporting all accidents, incidents, near misses, and hazards immediately. Actively leading and monitoring Health and Safety Policy initiatives to improve Health and Safety policies within the workplace. Carrying out any additional duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required tommeet the demands of efficient company functioning.
