Job description ⢠Measurement and mixing of ingredients   Notifying the Pastry Chef for low-inventory items ⢠Setting time cycles for products ⢠Regulation of cooking temperatures ⢠Assist in organizing all areas of the kitchen, maintain deliveries and cleanliness of areas ⢠Working knowledge of all pastry assistant functions in the kitchen ⢠Station maintenance and cleanliness ⢠Follow health and hygiene standards Other tasks across the store as required. New Zealand Certificate (Level 3 or 4) in Cookery, or equivalent Or ⢠A minimum of 6 months working in a professional kitchen.⢠Food safety course within the past three years.⢠Budgeting and menu costing skills⢠Organisation skills⢠Time management skills
