Job Description:
Assist in developing and maintaining long-standing and trusting relationships with existing and potential clients;
Handle customer enquiries on account opening, trading platform, market information and client complaints;
Listen and understand clients’ needs and provide help and solutions to improve clients’ trading experience and results;
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintain short and long-term business development plans;
Be a team player and collaborate with other departments to manage customer feedback.
Bachelor degree holder of Business, Finance or Commerce, with excellent and professional communication skills in English;
1 years’ experience in related industry is a definite advantage;
Self-starter; self-motivated, excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, and leadership attributes and ownership;
Eligible to work in Australia with a valid working Visa.
