Your Impact on Our Ecosystem: The goal for our regions is to ensure the performance and seamless operation of live services and planned activities. You'll work to reduce lost orders, maintain a low cancellation rate and ensure there’s adequate coverage in each city to meet demand. You’ll collaborate closely with our Rappitenderos, offering support across different areas, contributing ideas, and leading execution. You'll also work in parallel with global teams to implement improvement processes locally, driving key quality indicators. As part of Rappi, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying patterns of opportunity and executing action plans.
  • Receiving and analyzing cases from Rappitenderos.
  • Standardizing processes.
  • Monitoring area performance indicators to measure improvement effectiveness.
  • Tracking the acquisition and retention of Rappitenderos.
  • Ensuring profitable execution of all operations.
  • Enhancing operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Setting strategic and operational objectives.
  • Reviewing and leveraging budgets to improve profitability.
  • Training and supervising staff.
  • Finding ways to improve quality.
