Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are looking for a driven site manager. We’re on the lookout for a motivated professional to join a great team, managing a variety of industrial construction projects across New Zealand’s North Island.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the buzz of construction, views over New Zealand and have a passion for making things happen, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee a variety of construction projects ranging from $3 million to $10 million in value. Lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Ensure compliance with New Zealand building standards and safety regulations. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. What We’re Looking For: 4 - 10 years of construction site management experience. Proven experience working on industrial projects is helpful and good to highlight in your cv, but not essential. New Zealand experience is essential – we are not considering overseas candidates at this time. Flexibility to travel across the North Island. Most projects will require being on-site from Monday to Friday, but some may be closer to home, so daily travel is suitable. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic construction environment. What’s on Offer: A competitive salary package of $95,000 - $135,000 NZD (depending on experience). Company car, fuel card, and 5 weeks of annual leave The flexibility to start before Christmas or in the New Year.
