Job Description As a Dot Net Developer in the Business Analyst role, you will be part of our dynamic IT department. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues, and providing technical leadership within the team. You will be expected to maintain high levels of software quality by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Responsibilities of Dot Net Developer

• 1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET, C#, SQL, MVC, .NET Framework, and JavaScript.
• 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• 3. Conduct detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing the solution.
• 4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• 5. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
• 6. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
• 7. Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
• 8. Manage project resources and budget, and coordinate with other project managers and IT professionals to achieve project goals.
• 9. Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• 10. Continuously learn and improve skills.
• 11. Attention to detail is essential as you will ensure the system is running smoothly and efficiently.
• 12. Manage change requests related to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• 13. Work closely with team members, leads, managers, and other departments to ensure the company's technology strategy aligns with its business goals.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, particularly in .NET and C#, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others. Strong business acumen, assertiveness, budgeting skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are also required. Special emphasis should be placed on the ability to manage change effectively.
