Trading Executive - Latex

Responsibilities

• Update & maintain daily trading activity/information into database.
• Prospect on businesses & follow-up on inbound leads & price enquiries.
• Respond promptly to customers enquiries, suggestions, complaints & other details.
• Follow-up on delinquent accounts until overdue payments are resolved.
• Continuously work for organizational process improvement, providing input to the Trading Team to refine processes and cater to new & emerging market opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Study or Marketing.
• 2 - 3 years of related experience.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit.
