We're looking for an Associate QA Automation Engineer I to ensure our product features exceed the highest standards and perfectly meet client needs. In this role, you'll dive into developing and executing testing processes, swiftly resolving customer queries, and delivering technical support that truly makes a difference. Expect to play a pivotal role in reviewing quality specifications, crafting precise test plans, and meticulously documenting bugs. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with internal teams to nail down system requirements, all while staying ahead of the curve with the latest testing tools and strategies. Plus, you'll have the chance to shape process improvements and get hands-on with API chaining, automation, and stress testing using tools like Postman, Katalon, and JMeter.What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field
0-2 years of experience in a relevant field
Basic knowledge of ETL, QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Proactive in identifying new technologies and recommending improvements to enhance processes and product quality.
Analytical thinking and a persuasive approach
A keen eye for identifying unseen problems
Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a diverse team
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases
