Group Marketing Manager, CanadaApplyLocations: CanadaTime Type: Full timePosted on: Posted 30+ Days AgoJob Requisition ID: R1443Roles & ResponsibilitiesDefines the marketing strategyAccountable for the growth and profitability targets for the brandDefines the marketing strategy as well as the 3-year strategic plan, including innovationAccountable for the execution of marketing strategyIdentify market opportunities and customer targets through competitive analysis by leveraging IQVIA panel data, positioning, and marketing strategy assessmentsLeads ad-hoc studies and analysis when requiredAnalyses sell-in and sell-out available via data sharing from retailersMonitors, reviews, and reports on competitive activitiesExecutes marketing plan with operational excellenceLead and oversee the execution of the marketing plan to support the overall product strategy and corporate objectivesWorks with international teams to ensure global strategic goals and objectives are incorporated into all marketing and communication activities, to meet the specific needs of various customer segments.Oversee the development and execution of the health care professionals (HCP, CDHF, Dieticians,…) and consumer tactical plans.Collaborate with the broker to approve customer account plans, to ensure that they reflect the opportunities in the territory and meet the strategic direction in the Marketing Plan.Leads and defines performance metrics of external agenciesOwn the brand dashboard analysis and communicate brand performance results against plan (KPI) to key stakeholders.
