Our unique ability to provide truly meaningful services to our clients is largely derived from the partnerships that we foster with them.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate and foster a team environment to deliver the highest level of design.Manage the design team and sub-consultant coordination process.Ability to lead and present in meetings with clients or municipalities.Direct and oversee high-quality documentation, provide guidance with technical detail, and explore new solutions.Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion; motivates and challenges others to perform at their best.Participate in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations.Manage the Construction Administration process, able to work independently and handle RFIs, site visits, field reports, and submittal review.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.Licensed Architect.Experience in the healthcare, justice, research, and sport facility areas.Eager to learn, good listener, curious, and proactive with strong time management skills.Clear understanding of applicable codes, building construction systems, materials, and standards.Understanding of the permitting process.High proficiency with Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to take ownership of tasks and project deliverables.Comfortable dealing with project stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.Strong leadership, critical thinking, effective problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Team player, adaptable, and has a positive attitude.
