Implement professional standards and follow best practices while performing Internal Audit activities.
Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance audit processes, ensuring efficient risk management.
Evaluate compliance with organizational policies and any best practices or industry standards adopted by the organization.
Collaborate with all non-tech teams to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Assist in creating periodic performance reports and presentations to update the GRC Committee of The i2c Board of Directors.
We are looking forEducation:BS in Accounting/ Finance or Business Administration. Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
Experience:5 to 7 yrs
SkillsIndustry Experience:Experience working in financial services or exposure to complex and high-risk industries providing essential services, understanding the necessity for risk formations to be fit for purpose.
Financial Controls and Audit Expertise:Has a deep understanding of financial controls and sophisticated audit processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
Analytical and Leadership Excellence:Shows outstanding analytical capabilities complemented by proven leadership skills, driving team performance and strategic initiatives.
Technological Proficiency:Highly proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with a strong preference for expertise in Oracle Financials, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Creating Psychological Safety:Capable of fostering an environment of psychological safety where internal audit remains approachable, achieving objectives of independent assurance and objective assessments while maintaining open lines of communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
