For 50 years Grober Nutrition has been dedicated to young animal nutrition and is proud to continue to offer you our expertise, right from the start.Purpose:Reporting to the VP, Grober Nutrition the Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and expand market share. Sitting as a key member of the management team, this role will lead our sales and marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current partners, dealers, distributors, and producers while also working on strategic opportunities to generate new business leads to enhance Grober Nutrition's reputation as a leader in the animal nutrition industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop the Sales and Marketing strategy to step-change Grober's growth in the next 3 years (including partners, innovation, and distribution channels).Lead, mentor and develop our sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and achievement of organizational targets.Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams.Conduct regular market analysis to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market trends and performance.Support Marketing to create and communicate consistent content to protect and grow the business.Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partnerships.Identify, develop and secure new business outreach strategies to drive company growth and profitability.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new potential distribution partners across Canada.Identify new product opportunities for distribution to our existing partners. Share "Voice of the Customer" insights with key internal stakeholders.Stay current on the latest industry trends; including feeding technologies that will allow Grober to continue to differentiate and lead in the industry.Develop a strong connection with leading researchers, consultants, veterinarians and influencers to identify collaboration opportunities to advance our knowledge and brand.Develops ability to go direct to larger farms to pull sales through existing channels of distribution.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years work experience leading sales and marketing, with a proven track record of setting both strategic and tactical plans to deliver profitable growth, preferably in an Animal Nutrition or Agricultural capacity.Demonstrated track record of successfully growing in market, creating new business opportunities, and attracting new customers.Strong communication skills, negotiation and networking skills. Preferably already highly visible in the agricultural community (ex.
