Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems and their underlying infrastructure in an environment primarily reliant on Sage ERP. Your role will be centered around driving technological innovation and advancement within the organization. You will deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities, addressing IT incidents through the help desk. Additionally, you may collaborate with project teams as needed, leveraging your technical expertise to aid in project planning, execution, and testing.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage system updates, coordinate testing and production readiness of the data that supports creation and maintenance of batch records.
Deliver continuous support to our users in an environment based on Sage ERP, Payroll, Upflow, Certify, Salesforce, and various other systems.
Work with internal teams to assess maintenance updates and upgrades to the systems and participate in all testing and release to production of these changes to the platform.
Responsible for system management and delivery to assess new system capabilities.
Create, release and modify reporting suite through Crystal and Business Intelligence.
Job Requirements:MinimumBachelors degree with a Computer Science background is preferred.SageCertification/ Microsoft Certification would be a plus.5 +years of experience in a similar role.Experienceof development/integration of ERP systems and customized applications.
SQLServer, Query Writing, In-depth knowledge of Python and .Net development.
MicrosoftDevelopment Platform and Crystal Reports.ProgrammingVBA macros.
Indepth knowledge of ERP and other systems, preferred experience within aSage based environment.StrongOrganizational and time management skills.Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
