Roles and Responsibilities - Providing massage therapy treatments to employer based on their individual needs and preferences. - Assessing clients' medical histories and conditions to customize massage sessions. - Explaining massage procedures and benefits to employer, addressing any concerns or questions. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. - Keeping detailed records of client information, treatment plans, and progress. - Adhering to ethical and professional standards, including client confidentiality. Job Specifications
- At least 3 years relevant experience in a VIP family or at least a 4-star hotel; experience within the GCC will be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employer to understand their needs and provide information about treatments.
- Work for extended periods and exert physical effort during treatments.
- Excellent ability to connect with clients and provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
- Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques such as Relaxation Massage, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage, Reflexology, Traditional Thai, Lymphatic drainage, Sleep Massage, Slimming Massage, hot stone and Maderotherapy is an advantage.
- Adherence to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Upholding a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education to expand skills and knowledge.
- Good hand strength, coordination, and the ability to use various massage tools and techniques effectively.
