We empower businesses to design seamless and engaging payment experiences for their consumers. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be bilingual with fluency in reading, speaking and writing both Portuguese and English languages . Responsibilities
  1. Responding to calls/chats/emails and handling customer inquiries in line with operating guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  2. Provide customers with the required information and ensure the accuracy of the information given.
  3. Process requests and coordinate with the Team Leader/Manager and the Department Heads for the resolution of the requests.
  4. Identify and escalate priority issues and coordinate with the Team Leader and the Department Heads for the resolution of the complaints.
  5. Document all call/chat/email information according to standard operating procedures.
  6. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
  7. Support the Team Leader/Manager in the implementation of quality assurance programs in order to maintain standards of quality and productivity.
Requirements
  1. Excellent spoken and written Portuguese & English.
  2. Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  3. Quick Thinker and Innovative.
  4. Flexible to change shifts as required (Morning, Afternoon, or Night).
  5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt.
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
