*** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Badging Specialist to provide base access badge processing for a services contract in Doha, Qatar. The individual will work closely with US Government security personnel throughout the personnel vetting process.

Essential Job Duties

  • Operate base badging office.
  • Operate badging software and hardware.
  • Coordinate personnel vetting and badging procedures and policies with US Government security personnel.
  • Maintain badging supplies.
  • Manage maintenance of badging system.
  • Prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope Secret clearance.
  • Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 3 years of experience may be substituted.
  • 1 year of experience in US Government personnel security coordination and badge processing.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Department of State personnel security processing.
  • Experience with overseas Regional Security Offices.

Work Environment

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
