What you'll be doing To drive and support the transformation of Chalhoub's planning function, developing strategic roadmaps and governance frameworks that align technology and business objectives. This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing inventory, and ensuring sustainable growth, while embedding effective change management practices across the organization.
- Support VP in building a target operating model through best practice, benchmarking in region and external consulting.
- Develop a comprehensive 3+ month transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate the planning process, creating and managing RACIs to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Establish and maintain a governance framework to monitor progress and adherence to best practices in transformation activities.
- Support the alignment of Blu Yonder technology solutions with transformation initiatives, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input, share progress, and address concerns regarding transformation efforts.
- Assist in crafting change management strategies and communications to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains throughout the transformation journey.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Planning expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in E2E planning operations.
- Strategy expertise and self-starter.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Governance Framework Knowledge: Understanding of governance structures and best practices in transformation management.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Blu Yonder technology or similar supply chain management systems.
- Communication and Facilitation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in engaging diverse stakeholders.
