ROLE AND LOCATION We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join the Controlling team. It's a full-time position in our Mortágua office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Junior Controller will assist the department on monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting activities. The main responsibilities include the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring data quality and integrity across various tools, KPI analysis, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting worldwide (global and regions), as well as preparation of overall comments and analysis. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS Ensure monthly Management Control, analyzing offsets between budget and execution and determining results per production unit. Guarantee that indicators are available for consultation/decision-making by users at any moment. Support management decisions and the organization and allocation of resources to achieve proposed objectives efficiently and effectively. Facilitate the organization's performance appraisal, both individually and by responsibility centers. Monitor Endiprev's performance in complying with budgets, process goals, result centers, and other issues that may be relevant to the company's management. Cooperate with Endiprev's remaining areas to develop the company's productivity, agility, and effectiveness, particularly in areas closely interacting with the financial area. Control the projects' monthly budget management. Cooperate with the financial area by complying with accounting requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS 2+ years accounting experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics or equivalent. English proficiency. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
