Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager will contribute to the success of the business by implementing and executing short and long-term strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational objectives. Leading a small team, the role will build relationships with executives, becoming a trusted advisor and facilitator of change.
Day-to-Day TasksCoordinating work schedules/time off requests for staff and finding coverage.
Sending new employee onboarding paperwork.
Managing promotions.
Handling hire/fire processes.
Posting on job boards and managing sponsored posts.
Coordinating staff training.
Processing payroll and bonus calculations.
Correcting clock in/clock out records.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should have HR experience in a complex environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good analytical skills. They should be confident in communicating with US clients over the phone and proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
Additionally, the candidate should possess sound technical knowledge and experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner with a proven track record of managing a team, ideally across multiple locations. Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing HR initiatives are essential.
Solid negotiation and influencing abilities, coupled with strong project management skills, are crucial. The candidate should also have strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to evaluate options and develop recommendations for solutions to complex issues.
