SPECIALIST, HUMAN RESOURCES(ALFANAR PROJECTS)Job PurposeDrive Human Capital strategies, activities, and engagement initiatives to develop Alfanar culture into a competitive workplace.Review and revise HR Policy.Job Analysis:Examine new job titles to identify and determine the responsibility and requirements of the job.Job Profile:Prepare Job Profile for new and existing titles to provide high-level overview of the role, level, and scope of responsibility for employees.Job Evaluation:Analyze and assess new jobs to determine the appropriate grade and pay rate.Design and implement career path to help employee visualize their career growth within the company.Design and implement Individual Development Plan for each employee based on performance feedback.Functional/Technical Competency:Build and implement Competency Framework to define the knowledge, skills, and attributes that employees need to perform their role successfully.To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and Environment:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.TeamworkWork under pressurYou may also be interested in these offers
