Job details
• Arrange daily blood collection camps with prior "Site blood collection goals", in view of the needs / targets of the blood center.
• Assure that the site blood collection goals are achieved, then decide if changes need to be applied.
• Conduct pre-drive motivation campaigns.
• Develop and execute an annual plan for recruitment of blood donors to meet the Blood Center's objectives.
• Provide tours of the Blood Center & Indus Hospital to corporate partners and prestigious donors.
• Periodically maintain the Facebook account to increase likes.
• Approach potential new and better blood donor groups through community interaction, targeted marketing, cold calling (telephone), personal recruitment, online/print advertising, and social media.
• Communicate gratitude to the hosts of the blood drives.
• Allocate tasks and regularly follow up on the performance of Donor Recruitment Officers and Management Trainees.
• Regularly update daily activity on the WhatsApp group.
• Submit the monthly donor draw report.
• Call voluntary donors to draw blood as per need.
• Maintain the planning board, camp schedule calendar, and all kinds of report generation and record keeping/data logging.
• Print marketing material as needed and keep track of resources, consumables, data, and contact lists of sites, as well as data management required by the department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
