Our client, a leading private equity-backed financial services company, is currently seeking a FP&A Business Partner to join their Dublin city centre team. This role will be integral to the finance team and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing strategic financial insights across various segments of the organisation. The Job: Financial Reporting: Drive accurate and timely reporting processes in compliance with group policies. Support the Country Head with monthly reporting packs, financial KPIs, and strategic input for decision-making. Financial Analysis: Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis, and insights for revenue and profit centres. Collaborate with global and local teams on analysis related to onboarding pipelines and cost categories. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with stakeholders to align legal entity budgets to the group chart of accounts. Manage monthly forecasting and provide detailed commentaries for key company stakeholders. Business Partnering & Collaboration: Serve as the strategic financial partner for Ireland, aligning financial goals with business objectives. Work closely with the wider FP&A and finance teams on revenue, profitability, and cost reporting. The Candidate: Experience: Relevant experience in a senior finance role, with a focus on leadership and strategic financial management. Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Sage Intacct, Adaptive Planning, and Salesforce is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification is preferred.
