The Role We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Research Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in analyzing the Egyptian real estate market. In this position, you will conduct thorough market research, develop insightful financial models, and craft detailed reports that guide strategic decision-making. - Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, gather data, and analyse real estate trends in the Egyptian market. Stay updated with industry developments and opportunities.
- Financial Analysis: Assist and develop excel financial models to assess investment opportunities, valuations, and feasibility studies for clients.
- Report Writing: Prepare clear and comprehensive reports based on research findings and analysis, ensuring accurate data representation and valuable insights for clients.
- Presentations: Assist and create compelling presentations to effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to contribute to successful project execution and support colleagues in various initiatives.
- Jointly develop, deliver and enhance Savills’ current data collection and analysis programme.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate or investments/ financial advisory or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry trends is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
