Das ist das Arbeitsumfeld: Mit dem Rechenzentrum betreibt der Bereich Plattformen, Infrastruktur & Technologie die private Cloud der DATEV für Mitglieder und deren Mandanten. Diese dient als Datendrehscheibe für den Austausch von Informationen zwischen Mandant:innen, Steuerberater:innen, Unternehmen und Institutionen sowie als Infrastruktur für die schnelle und rationelle Abwicklung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse. Aufgabe des interdisziplinären CnRZ-Teams ist der Aufbau einer neuen, RZ-Infrastruktur und -Plattform für die Online-Produktentwicklung der DATEV. Mit ca. 3000 Kolleginnen und Kollegen ist der Bereich IT der größte bei DATEV. Das sind die Aufgaben:

Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Security Architektur des „Software defined Datacenters“ im neuen Cloud native Rechenzentrum zuständig. Dabei verantwortest Du die Implementierung von Security Maßnahmen und Einhaltung der Security-Standards in Anlehnung an den Anforderungskatalog Cloud Computing (C5) des BSI
Du übernimmst die Weiterentwicklung der verwendeten, sowie die Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Werkzeuge im Security Kontext
Du schulst bzw. vermittelst Security-Know-how an die entsprechenden Teammitglieder:innen
Du untersuchst neue Security-Technologien (z.B. von VMware und Open-Source) und führst diese ein
Du organisierst und führst regelmäßige Penetration Tests durch
Du stimmst dich mit Deinen Kolleg:innen im SOC und der IT-Sicherheit ab und arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit ihnen zusammen. Darüber hinaus steht dir ein kompetentes Team von Administratoren mit Security-Knowhow zur Seite

Erforderliche Skills:

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
Du verfügst über tiefgreifendes Verständnis für die Grundfunktionalitäten der Automatisierungsplattformen Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) und Container as a Service (CaaS)
Du besitzt bereits erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz von Kubernetes und Cloud Foundry zurück
Du überzeugst durch tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich Network Security
Du hast praktisches Know-how in der Einführung und Wartung von Security Systemen
