We’re seeking a Mid-Level Azure AI Engineer to join our Product Team in either our Karachi or Lahore offices. 1. Platform Innovation: Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of FleekBiz’s AI SaaS platform, leveraging Azure AI and OpenAI services to create scalable, high-impact features.
2. Technical Excellence: Design, implement, and optimize Azure AI models that deliver real-world value, demonstrating expertise in data preprocessing, model training, and MLOps.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into robust AI solutions.
4. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Azure technologies.
5. Mentorship & Growth: Share your knowledge with teammates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within our AI practice.

1. Design and build scalable, performant AI models using Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning).
2. Implement robust data preprocessing pipelines to prepare data for model training, ensuring data quality and compliance.
3. Optimize models for production environments, considering factors like latency, cost, and accuracy.
4. Seamlessly integrate new AI models and features into our AI SaaS platform.
5. Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI components within the platform.

1. Champion best practices in AI development, deployment, and monitoring, incorporating MLOps principles (CI/CD, versioning, automated testing, monitoring, retraining).
2. Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance our AI capabilities.

Requirements

1. Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer, with a focus on Azure AI and OpenAI services.
2. Strong Engineering Skills: Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in software development best practices.
3. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
4. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
5. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
6. Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent.

1. Experience with deploying AI models in cloud environments using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, or Azure App Services.
2. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
3. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and architecture.
4. Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
5. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
