The company is committed to making brands not just seen but felt worldwide through forward-thinking strategies and market insights Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to meet our expanding hiring needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help build a diverse and talented workforce. Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (internships included).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Passion for the influencer industry is a plus
