Compensation: 7 Lacs to 8.50 Lacs Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Supervise inventory control procedures, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies. 2. Warehouse Organization: Develop and implement efficient layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to inventory. 3. Workflow Optimization: Streamline warehouse processes and workflows to improve productivity, reduce lead times, and enhance order fulfilment accuracy. 4. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and providing ongoing coaching and support to promote employee development and performance. 5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, conduct regular safety inspections, and implement corrective measures as needed. 6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory, conduct regular audits, and address any quality issues promptly. 7. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyors, and pallet racks, to ensure optimal performance and safety. 8. Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolve delivery discrepancies, and optimize transportation logistics. 9. Cost Management: Monitor warehouse expenses, such as manpower, equipment, and supplies and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising operational efficiency. 10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education. 2. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. 3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes. 4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. 7. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. 8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Must Have:

• Experience in Handling Last mile operations & good Vendor connects in Pune.
