As a Lead Development Representative (LDR), you will play an important role within the Singapore sales organization, qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new customers, and developing and executing sales campaigns.

As a Lead Development Representative (LDR), you will:- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs.
- Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of AWS solutions to potential customers using written reports/documents and verbal presentations.
- Understand existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing and update your knowledge about new services.
- Achieve monthly qualification goals and share them verbally and in written format.
- Update and maintain customer information within Salesforce.com to include detailed call notes that illustrate a firm understanding of the opportunity with clearly-defined next steps.
- Present a high level, technical solution to diverse audiences which include AWS colleagues, prospects, and customers relevant to target industry or market.
- Conduct research to stay informed, learn about existing markets and grow knowledge about new ones.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in IT sales.
- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.
- Advanced communication and writing skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales or equivalent certification.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
