Finance/Senior Finance Executive

• Handling full sets of accounts and preparing monthly reports
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances (AR Function)
• Assist in Costing Computation (Have knowledge of BOM)
• Liaise with External Auditors, Bankers, and Tax Agents
• Maintain Accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Ensure trustworthiness and discretion with Confidential Information
• Perform other Ad-Hoc Assignments as Assigned by Superior and Management
• Review journal entries and maintain accurate Inter-Company Accounts
• Assist in the Implementation of E-Invoicing for Entire Operations
• Knowledge in Tax Estimate and Tax Computation

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, experience in preferably in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
