Your Role and Impact

As a Software Developer (Automation Software Development), you will be at the forefront of developing AI-powered solutions to replace manual operations, helping our clients build smarter, more efficient factories. You will collaborate with industry experts and cross-functional teams , ensuring seamless deployment and optimization of automation software in customer environments . This role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative technologies and make a meaningful impact in a fast-evolving industry.

What You’ll Do

• Take part in the design and development of automation programs, focusing on tools and machines in the semiconductor industry.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand existing manual processes and devise automated solutions.
• Deploy and test automation software on-site , working closely with customer teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Be part of continuous innovation by integrating AI, RPA, and remote-control technologies into automation systems.

What We’re Looking For

* Educational Background :

• Minimum Poly, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering , or related fields.

* Technical Expertise :

• Proficiency in Python with experience in RPA, remote control tools, and virtualization (KVM).
• Familiarity with Databases, Docker, Git, APIs, and message queues is essential.
• Experience in AI or machine learning is highly desirable.

* Soft Skills :

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to see projects through to completion.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively within a team.

* Bonus Skills :

• Knowledge of semiconductor processes or experience in deploying automation in industrial environments.

* Commitment :

• Internship duration should be 6 to 12 months full time.
