Project Controls Manager Sommerman Skinner Associates (SSA Limited) Location: Doha, Qatar Posted In: 29/1/2014 Job Description: My client, a leading civils contractor working in Qatar, is looking for a Project Controls Manager to be the number one for controls on a new prestigious highways project in Qatar. They are looking for someone with 15 years+ experience and a wealth of experience in highways and roads projects. This is a chance to work on one of the largest civils projects in the Middle East, which will be the location to be over the next 8 years.
