About Your New Job As the Project Manager, you will: Lead and manage a construction project from conception to completion, ensuring your team delivers on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Oversee project planning, safety protocols, and quality standards while fostering positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with the commercial team, manage procurement, and champion the value engineering and product development processes. What Skills You Need A relevant third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 7+ years of post-qualification experience delivering large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. Working knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
