Mid-Level Foreign Disclosure RepresentativeEmployment Term and Type: Regular, Full TimeRequires: US CitizenshipRequires: US Passport at time of applicationRequires: TS/SCIRequires: Associate DegreeJob Description:*Position is at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar*As a deployed Mid-Level Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR), you will collaborate with the CENTCOM Partnership Integration Enterprise (CPIE) Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) to establish site-specific foreign disclosure policy and procedures. Mentor and educate military members and civilians on Foreign Disclosure policies. You will provide oversight and apply proper release and security classification markings on all releases.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Work with the CPIE FDO and the CJTF-OIR FDO to establish site-specific foreign disclosure policies and practicesMentor and educate military or government FDOs on Foreign Disclosure policies and proceduresAssist military or Government Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) with oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the HQs CJTF-OIR and subordinate units in theaterAdvise and assist the CPIE FDO with the release of Classified Military Information (CMI)Apply the proper Release/Security & Classification Markings on all disclosures or releasesProvide assistance to all foreign disclosure staff (FDO/FDR) and CPIE staff when questions arise pertaining to Foreign DisclosureAdvise and assist CPIE supported units and/or staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and proceduresCompile metrics to include how many documents have been processed, at what classification level and to whom they have been pushedAssist FDO with the development of periodic Foreign Disclosure Representative training materialsAssist the FDO with initial and annual/refresher foreign disclosure trainingProvide an activity report rolling up all weekly activitiesRequired Qualifications:TS/SCI ClearanceAssociate degree or four years direct relevant intelligence, security or FDO/FDR experienceAt least two years as an intelligence analystAble to work independently with or without supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPTEMPO environmentFamiliarity with USCENTCOM's Area of OperationThorough knowledge of National Disclosure PolicyAble to conduct policy research on US classified systemsThorough knowledge of Records of ActionEn-route to Al Udeid, Qatar attendance at FDO/FDR training IAW USCENTCOM Regulation 380-5Education Requirements:Associate degreePhysical Requirements:Sitting, Standing, Walking, Speaking, Listening, Sight, Use of Hands/Fingers to Handle/FeelThis position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
