VIP Waiter/Waitress

On behalf of a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more, we are seeking a highly motivated and personable VIP Waitress to join the dynamic team in Dubai, UAE.The VIP Waitress is responsible for representing the restaurant and providing high levels of customer service to all diners to ensure they have a memorable experience and return again.The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, a flair for hospitality, and a keen ability to manage high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.Your Duties:Prompt and courteous greeting of VIP customers.Take orders and deliver food to VIP customers at the table in an accurate and timely manner.Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed customer expectations.Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines.Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers.Ensure food quality and consistency is always delivered.Manage the setup and closing of tables within the section.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.Ensure the cleanliness and refilling of condiment sets and napkin containers.Coordinate with the cashier to handle order invoices accurately.Always keep all workstations and equipment as clean as possible.Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team.Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.Ideal Candidates:Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. International experience is preferred.Fluent in English.
