Job Purpose / Objective Supervise and coordinate project logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities under departmental SOPs and directions and monitor inventory levels for product segments against demand and supply within the assigned area.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Supervise all activities related to project logistics and ensure continuous improvement is always the driver for all KPIs.Implement all operational policies and procedures are in place, adherence to all team members and ensure compliance to HMG Policies and procedures and support quality/accreditation team members for JCI/CBAHI deployment and adherence.Ensure documentation of control procedures is enforced and present as a daily management system.Supervise proper inventory storage as per system locator in store and ensure temperature control and other standards in warehousing and distribution are in place and monitor as per JCIA/CBAHI requirement.Monitor FIFO and product expiry is tracked and reported on a regular basis. Observe cleanliness and hygiene standards and respected by all teams as part of their daily practices.Perform assets management implementation and maintain store standard.Maintain daily update of records in the system.Supervise on-time submission of documentation to local Finance for payment process and ensure proper control mechanism on non-stock and fixed assets deliveries.Maintain proper witnessing process at the time of receiving and ensure all fixed assets/consumable receiving/movement/disposal are according to policy and procedures.Supervise and review warehouse functions in receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing supplies, and maintain buffer stocks of medical supplies to meet the departmental needs.Supervise the issue of stocks during emergencies with proper documentation and monitor Stock replenishment and re-order level by setting Minimum and Maximum stocks and review on a regular basis.Monitor return stocks including non-stocks from Clinics.Plan and well prepare for annual Inventory according to the policy.Ensure On-time arrangement of truck with local transportation for deliveries from the main store.Ensure barcoding of all fixed Assets in the Hospital.Maintain physical project store inventory according to the book value.On-time receiving should be implemented with maximum supplier's satisfaction.On-time deliveries to the end-users as per delivery schedule.Out of stock items need to be arranged with the main store/purchasing.SLA will be implemented with all internal and external customers of the business.Maintain and monitor staff performance review.Provide strategic support and guidelines for inventory planning as per inventory management portfolio.Manage the inventory planning process for a large base of domestic and overseas suppliers. Liaise with senior management on a regular basis for reporting the state of inventory as well as for future business direction.Supervise the planning team to ensure full understanding of their category in-line with the overall departmental and group strategy including on-time PO placement, expediting inbound shipments, and managing supplier lead-times.Plan staff schedules and vacations according to business needs and operations planning and ensure all employees are abiding by HMG policies and values in terms of performance, conduct, behavior, and relationship with others.Participate in, and lead person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills, and abilities.Education/ Professional Qualification1. Diploma Holder; preferably with a Bachelor's DegreeExperience1. Five (5) years' relevant experience in the related field.Professional Licensing / Certification / Training1. Relevant CertificationsSkillsProcess management, distribution operations, data gathering & assessment, compliance to online incident reporting system
