National Helpline Manager
Madadgaar National Helpline, PakistanReview and follow up implementation of tasks.
Analyse and evaluate program to ensure achievement of program objectives.
If required, introduce new approaches, methods and practices in program implementation in consultation with M& E /HR Officer.
Identify areas of follow up and action from all relevant project documents.
Monitor the work of the staff for implementation of project activities with the help of M&E /HR Officer.
Prepare after every three month short narrative progress reporting its work in connection with the project; such report should contain a summary of activities and their related outputs.
Implement detailed annual work plan, describing the specific activities to be carried out each quarter.
Assure that targets set are being achieved.
Facilitate project-monitoring visits by Plan Pakistan with the consultation of M&E /HR Officer.
Organize consultation meetings at least every month or more frequently as circumstances demand.
Job SpecificationHaving Master's Degree in Social Sciences.
Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in Development and Social sector or an NGO.
Should be a team leader and ability to lead by example; sensitized towards children and women issues.
