What does Specialist Product do?
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the fintech industry.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap, setting timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences by working closely with design teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, continuously measuring and improving product performance.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' products and strategies to identify areas of differentiation and innovation.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates and strategy to internal teams, including executives, and external stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in product development and deployment & ensure products are launched smoothly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
1-3 years of product management experience in Digital Banking, Fintech or related industries.
Proven experience in mobile app product management/Development.
Strategic thinking and vision for Platforms i.e Apps and Web App etc.
Knowledge of mobile app development processes and design principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for Mobile Apps and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
Creative problem solver who goes beyond the obvious to find unconventional ways to resolve issues.
